How long does it take for the ink to disappear?
The ink that we use possesses a peculiar quality in that it vanishes into thin air within a short time frame of 5 to 10 minutes after it has been applied and allowed to dry.

Which age group are the books designed for?
Our Learning Books are highly recommended for children who fall within the age range of 3 to 8 years. This is because the content of these books has been expertly crafted to cater to the specific needs and capabilities of children within this age group. The exercises contained within the books are designed to help young learners develop their foundational skills, such as numeracy, literacy, and fine motor skills, in a fun and engaging manner.
However, we are proud and humble that many parents have offered our copybooks to 9-11 year olds to improve their rhythm, writing style, penmanship and cursive handwriting!
Can the Learning Books be used by lefties?
There is absolutely no doubt that the FadeScribe™ Learning Books are highly adaptable and can be utilised by left-handed children with ease. The design of the books takes into account the needs of learners with diverse orientations and ensures that the exercises can be completed comfortably and without hindrance, regardless of whether the child is left or right-handed.
Can my child use a different pen with the books?
To achieve optimal results and ensure maximum reusability of our Learning Books, we strongly advise using the Disappearing Ink Pen.The Disappearing Ink Pen is specially designed to work with the technology in our books, allowing for effortless erasing and reuse. It should be noted that using a normal pen or any other writing instrument may compromise the reusability of the books, as it may be difficult to erase or cause damage to the pages.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to contact us and send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact our support email at info@fadescribe.shop.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@fadescribe.shop If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centres based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
